340B Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding process for new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners.

• Oversee and revise contracts and documentation to ensure audit readiness.

• Track performance dashboards and pharmacy claims to ensure accuracy.

• Analyze prescription data to uncover potential new partnership opportunities.

• Investigate discrepancies in claims and request reversals when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date provider lists and aid in credentialing activities.

• Support audits, generate reports, and participate in the 340B Oversight Committee.

• Develop presentations and coordinate program-related meetings.

• Serve as a resource for both internal and external communications related to 340B.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare data analysis or pharmacy operations is required.

• Experience with 340B is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience in auditing is preferred.

• Completion of 340B University is preferred, or completion of the 340B University training program within three (3) months of the hire date.

• CPhT certification is preferred.
