This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct outreach.

• Recruit for roles in service desk, NOC and infrastructure, systems engineering, cybersecurity, project engineering, service management, sales and marketing, account management, operations, and leadership.

• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Perform initial outreach and candidate screenings.

• Assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Provide hiring managers with detailed notes on qualified candidates.

• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers and HR departments.

• Develop talent pipelines to meet future hiring requirements.

• Support recruitment strategies and provide market intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT consulting firms, technology service organizations, or cybersecurity firms.

• Proven track record in recruiting technical professionals successfully.

• Proven success in recruiting technical sales professionals.

• Strong knowledge of managed services, Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure support, and cloud services.

• Experience in attracting passive candidates through LinkedIn and networking.

• Proficient in active recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Ability to evaluate technical qualifications before candidate submission.

• Previous experience in recruiting for an MSP.

• Familiarity with MSP-specific business applications.

• Established network of IT professionals.

• Experience in recruiting in Florida markets.

• Knowledge of ConnectWise, ServiceNow, HaloPSA, Microsoft, Azure, cybersecurity, and IT operations roles.
