This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Formulate the business strategy for the zone in alignment with Siemens Healthineers' overarching North American strategy.
• Implement a cohesive solutions strategy encompassing Imaging, Advanced Therapies, and Services.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales organization in the Southeast Zone responsible for revenue, market share, profitability, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee regional account teams and establish growth objectives for Regional Vice Presidents and Area Vice Presidents.
• Foster and sustain relationships with healthcare executives, provider networks, distributors, and non-traditional channels.
• Supervise zone sales leadership, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Mentor direct reports and the zone team.
• Build enduring executive-level customer relationships through significant time spent at customer locations.
• Direct strategic partnerships with key customers in Integrated Delivery Networks, Academic & Research Institutions, and Healthineers Strategic Alliances.
• Collaborate with business lines and regional functions, including Services, Project Management, Solution Implementations, and Finance.
• Enhance business processes, customer satisfaction, forecasting precision, transparency, and management of sales tools.
• Create growth strategies for Population Health, Managed Equipment Services, and Integrated Service Management contracts.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in integrity, transparency, and values-based leadership.
• Over 15 years of sales leadership experience in medical technology or diagnostic imaging.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead within a matrix organization and empower managers to achieve business results.
• Strong collaboration skills within the organization, with exceptional influence and negotiation abilities at senior levels.
• In-depth knowledge of imaging or related healthcare technologies is preferred.
• Understanding of macro industry trends and a comprehensive grasp of the market and customer landscape.
• A demonstrated history of leadership, targeting, and securing strategic accounts within the zone.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the zone (70%).
