Senior Marketplace Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee two to four clients in the TikTok Shop department, acting as their main point of contact.

• Take responsibility for your clients’ growth as the Client Lead.

• Coordinate with your project team, which includes Creator Managers and Live Operators.

• Create client strategies and customized goals, transforming them into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.

• Plan, execute, and assess campaigns for clients.

• Convert viral successes on TikTok Shop and other marketplaces into effective campaigns.

• Track all client deliverables and collaborate with the team for implementation.

• Adhere to timelines and offer comprehensive consultancy to clients.

• Set new standards and implement them for the benefit of clients.

• Monitor project KPIs, prepare reports, present findings both internally and externally, and develop action plans based on the results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in client leadership.

• At least five years of experience for the senior position, preferably in an agency environment.

• Ideally, experience in a fast-growing setting or at a marketing agency.

• No prior TikTok Shop experience needed – however, a genuine interest in marketplaces and an understanding of creator commerce is essential.

• Exceptional organizational skills: able to maintain oversight while managing multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong communication abilities – capable of engaging with creators as peers and clients in a professional manner.

• Data-driven mindset: enjoys working with numbers and leveraging them for informed decision-making.

• Proactive mentality – takes initiative and completes tasks without waiting for instructions.
