Z Scaler Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and manage enterprise Zscaler environments encompassing ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.

• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance security, access, and traffic policies.

• Oversee disaster recovery processes for ZIA and ZPA, proactively identifying potential failure points.

• Act as the principal technical point of contact.

• Simplify complex issues into understandable solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with teams across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical Zscaler engineering experience — recent, active, and in-depth.

• Strong, demonstrable expertise in ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.

• Established experience in ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery.

• Valid Zscaler certification.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise networking and security challenges independently.

• Strong communication skills to establish credibility with clients and colleagues.

• Willingness to accommodate Eastern and Central US time zones.

• Preferred: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification.

• Preferred: experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors.

• Preferred: experience within large enterprise Zscaler deployments.
