Junior Consultant, Public Sector Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team to digitize district, city, and municipal administrations.

• Analyze and enhance processes related to financial software and associated specialist departments.

• Offer process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with clients and partners.

• Conduct training sessions for users following software implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business information systems, public administration, business administration, or a related area, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• A strong interest in IT and a passion for consulting.

• Experience in project management, preferably acquired through internships or working student roles.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and strong organizational capabilities.

• Openness to travel within the region.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• No prior professional experience is necessary.
