Junior Consultant – Digital Transformation, Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team to digitize district, city, and municipal administrations.

• Assess and enhance processes related to financial software along with associated specialist departments.

• Offer process and organizational consulting while working closely with clients and partners.

• Conduct user training after the implementation of software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, public administration, or business administration, or vocational training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• A genuine interest in IT and a passion for consulting.

• Experience in project management, ideally through internships or student employment.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• Ability to work independently and with self-direction.

• A high degree of self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Proficient in German, with strong written and spoken skills.

• No prior professional experience is necessary; this position is suitable for entry-level candidates.
