Yacht Division Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a connector between Yacht Division teams.

• Design and provide customer experiences that foster confidence in both clients and team members.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all Yacht Division models from various perspectives.

• Offer technical assistance to customers, technicians, service support, service managers, and sales personnel.

• Utilize the MarineMax digital platform for all communication purposes.

• Work in collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and dealers to implement educational initiative rollouts.

• Collaborate on manufacturer issues and deliver clear, concise information packets to aid in resolution or enhancement of future boats.

• Customize and finalize delivery documentation for yacht handovers.

• Create training videos, how-to guides, and educational content for clients.

• Assist with regional boat shows and customer events.

• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and manufacturers.

• Engage in and lead getaways and Yacht Division customer events.

• Help Yacht Support and stores in achieving Yacht Division FANS Scores of 80% or above.

• Contribute to other tasks essential for the team's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• International and domestic travel is required.

• Availability for some weekends and after-hours support is necessary.

• A captain's license is a plus.

• This role involves close collaboration with the entire network of locations, Yacht Support, MarineMax stores, and related Yacht Division business units.
