Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of the Ediphi cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform to assist and support customers.

• Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to successful adoption.

• Establish trusted relationships with customers and comprehend each customer's estimating workflow.

• Convert customer processes into the Ediphi platform.

• Provide engaging training and assist customers in managing change.

• Oversee implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance adoption and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Work together with Sales, Data, and Support teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Monitor customer progress, gather feedback, and advocate for product enhancements.

• Collaborate with the Makers team to test new features and offer product insights.

• Travel to customer locations for implementations, training, and industry events, approximately 30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related industry position.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clarify new concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to evolving customer requirements.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and assisting customers in adopting innovative work methods.

• Experience in training, implementing new software, or direct customer interaction is advantageous.

• Candidates must reside in the U.S. or Canada.

• Candidates must not need visa sponsorship.
