xP&A Implementation Consultant – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete customer implementation process, from initial discovery and solution design to go-live and post-launch support.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business processes and convert requirements into scalable models, configurations, and planning solutions.

• Manage daily project execution, which includes scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and communication with stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor for finance and business teams.

• Offer guidance, training, and hands-on assistance to promote adoption.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to ensure seamless transitions, successful delivery, and ongoing product enhancement.

• Assist in product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations as necessary, focusing on implementation and solution feasibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in implementing FP&A platforms across various use cases with a software vendor or implementation partner.

• Solid background in FP&A, including experience in financial modeling, business analytics, or enterprise planning implementations.

• Capability to design and articulate complex data models, calculations, and planning workflows.

• Practical knowledge of planning and performance management platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, and Planful.

• Strong ability to convert business requirements into structured system designs and data models.

• Comfortable managing customer-facing projects and juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in presenting solutions effectively.

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
