IAM Implementation Specialist – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical execution of customer authentication initiatives.

• Manage the project lifecycle from requirement analysis and architecture to implementation and go-live.

• Implement and integrate authentication solutions within diverse customer environments.

• Deliver solutions for both proof-of-concept projects and production launches.

• Act as the technical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate customer issues.

• Share knowledge with customers and colleagues through workshops, training sessions, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a similar qualification.

• Comprehensive generalist knowledge of IT.

• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.

• Experience with Active Directory.

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and working in customer-facing roles.

• Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to articulate complex subjects clearly in both German and English.

• Experience in implementing IAM, MFA, or authentication solutions, such as Yubico, HID, Swissbit, OpenText, Microsoft Entra ID, or FIDO2-based solutions.

• Familiarity with Docker or experience writing small scripts in PowerShell or Bash.

• Microsoft SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator).

• Understanding of common standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
