xECM for Success Factors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and execute integrations between OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Configure and personalize Extended ECM for document management, records management, archiving, and HR workflows.

• Enhance SuccessFactors modules by connecting them with ECM content.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to map metadata and ensure consistency between HR data and content repositories.

• Guarantee compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and EEOC through effective content retention and security strategies.

• Diagnose technical issues and craft tailored integration solutions.

• Implement enhancements based on user feedback.

• Lead or assist in implementation projects utilizing SAP Activate, Agile, or similar methodologies.

• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and offer training and support to HR and IT stakeholders.

• Articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences, highlighting HR and business impact.

• Report directly to the Director of Delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Extensive knowledge of OpenText Extended ECM, including document and records management, workflows, and content archiving.

• Experience with Content Server, Business Workspaces, and Archive Center.

• Capability to configure and customize ECM for HR use cases, particularly in SuccessFactors environments.

• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.

• Familiarity with the SuccessFactors data model, OData, SFAPI, HR objects, People Profile, and document embedding.

• Practical experience integrating OpenText ECM with SuccessFactors using pre-built connectors or custom APIs.

• Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.

• Skill in metadata mapping between HR systems and content platforms.

• Experience managing HR-related unstructured content and knowledge of compliance frameworks and content lifecycle governance.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Java.

• Experience with OData query language and basic SQL.

• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises OpenText Extended ECM deployment models.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Integration and Document Management.

• In-depth understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning workflows.

• Ability to optimize HR operations by synchronizing structured data and unstructured content.

• Experience in automating approvals and minimizing manual content handling.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, project management, client-facing consulting, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and user training.

• Preferred: certifications in OpenText Extended ECM or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Preferred: familiarity with SAP Document Management Service or OpenText Documentum.

• Preferred: experience in change management and analytical system optimization skills.
