Written Customer Service Representative – German-Speaking, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through email and Amazon in a friendly and clear manner.

• Oversee Amazon channels, which include Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns.

• Handle incoming calls and provide responses to product-related questions.

• Collaborate with logistics and returns teams.

• Maintain the ticketing system and document inquiries accurately.

• Propose suggestions for enhancing customer service.

• Assist customers in utilizing rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and various sports equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.

• Experience in written communication with customers.

• Confident, precise, and error-free written communication skills.

• Background in Amazon customer service.

• Familiarity with Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing.

• Experience in handling phone calls.

• Previous experience working from home.

• Capability to organize daily tasks independently and communicate reliably.

• Must possess a personal laptop, USB headset, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for taking calls.

• Availability for flexible working hours.

• Basic technical knowledge of sports equipment is preferred.

• Must have freelance status and the ability to invoice for services rendered.
