This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct investigations, research, and resolve both internal and external issues related to threats against workplace personnel and assets.
• Monitor individuals of interest who may pose a risk of violence to people or assets.
• Analyze all-source information to identify and evaluate potential threats.
• Generate timely and customized threat assessments for internal stakeholders while managing sensitive or confidential information.
• Act as an enterprise subject matter expert on targeted violence threats, prevention, and response strategies.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, development, and execution of workplace-violence learning and development initiatives.
• Evaluate and support individuals in crisis situations and de-escalate persons of concern.
• Create and implement customized crisis intervention plans, which include referrals and safety planning.
• Provide clear and concise analytical assessments along with recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Safety, and other business units to implement preventative strategies.
• Work alongside business leaders and HQ partners to develop sustainable solutions for mitigating workplace violence.
• Assist with various types of investigations as required.
• Support business continuity efforts, including issuing critical mass notification alerts regarding risk or threat incidents.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation summaries and reports for review by executive leadership.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required (or equivalent experience from government, private sector, military, or law enforcement).
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a large corporation or law enforcement agency with a primary focus on investigative work.
• Relevant industry certifications are highly preferred, such as Certified Threat Manager or Professional Certified Investigator.
• Training in interviewing and interrogation techniques.
• Capability to assess complex issues effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage an increasing caseload effectively.
• Proficient organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate training, education, and meetings for both large and small groups.
• Willingness to work from 8 AM to 5 PM local time, Monday through Friday, with occasional scheduling variations.
