Workplace Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design and implement architectures for MDM solutions including MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and Workspace ONE.

• Develop and deploy application packages tailored to client specifications.

• Ensure endpoint security through effective tools and strategies.

• Oversee and enhance workplace lifecycle management.

• Create a user-focused workplace environment.

• Establish provisioning processes in collaboration with OEMs and various partners.

• Set baseline standards for Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints.

• Execute Autopilot and automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.

• Enhance patch management processes.

• Implement virtual desktop and application services on Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop.

• Collaborate with and provide support to project teams, clients, and end users throughout workplace-related initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

• In-depth knowledge of MDM architectures and solutions: MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and Workspace ONE.

• Experience in application packaging.

• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, encryption, EDR, GPOs, and conditional access.

• Background in workplace lifecycle management.

• Expertise in designing user-centric workplace environments.

• Understanding of provisioning processes involving OEMs and partners.

• Proficient with Windows 10 and Windows 11 baseline configurations.

• Knowledge of Autopilot and automation solutions, including Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.

• Experience with patch management practices.

• Awareness of virtual desktop and published application services operating on Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and end users.
