Junior Architect, ArchiCAD, Residential Area Calculations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Import current floor plans (DWG files) into ArchiCAD.

• Conduct residential area calculations in accordance with WoFlV and DIN 277 based on these plans.

• Create clean and consistent floor plans utilizing our templates and standards.

• Execute plausibility and quality checks on plans and area specifications.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve any inquiries regarding plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).

• Recent graduates are particularly encouraged to apply – ideally with 0 to 5 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is required.

• Experience with DWG files and/or AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Initial experience with residential area calculations (WoFlV / DIN 277) is preferred – if not, comprehensive training will be provided.

• Good command of written and spoken German (at least B2 level).

• A careful, structured, and dependable work approach.
