Manager, Application Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy for application and quality architecture.

• Propel modernization, scalability, reliability, and security initiatives.

• Set architecture standards and establish engineering guidelines.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and AI teams.

• Guide and nurture a global team of architects.

• Steer the technical vision for ServiceChannel's SaaS platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in software engineering with a focus on architecture.

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.

• In-depth knowledge of .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, CI/CD practices, test automation, and observability.

• A strong passion for creating exceptional technology and building outstanding teams.
