Working Student – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, preparation, and upkeep of digital content for educational purposes, websites, and social media platforms.

• Perform quality assurance and completeness checks, optimizing and standardizing content.

• Aid in the management of digital platforms and tools, including SharePoint, LearnUpon, and WordPress.

• Facilitate social media initiatives, which involve preparing and publishing content, managing editorial calendars, and addressing reviews and feedback.

• Design and develop presentations, graphics, and visual materials for various digital formats and channels.

• Participate in a diverse range of digital and organizational projects.

• Leverage AI tools to efficiently create, prepare, and enhance content.

• Provide support to the team with digital content, learning, and communication projects.

• Bring your ideas to the table and contribute to shaping processes and innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student and at least in your third semester.

• Preferably pursuing a degree in design, media, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

• Interested in and enthusiastic about utilizing ChatGPT and other AI tools in daily tasks.

• Strong technical understanding and a high level of digital affinity.

• Quick learner with the motivation and eagerness to familiarize yourself with new tools.

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Team-oriented and creative.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Available to work 20–40 hours per week.

• Motivated and eager to learn.
