Working Student – Integrations Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the nine-member Interoperability & Integrations team

• Set up API gateways within hospitals

• Ensure consistent performance of API gateways

• Manage incoming support tickets

• Determine the root causes of technical problems

• Collaborate closely with customers, First-Level Support, and the Engineering team to resolve issues

• Monitor API gateways during live operations

• Analyze technical challenges and troubleshoot using Datadog

• Aid customers in resolving replicated errors

• Act as a liaison for First-Level Support on more complex technical issues

• Serve as the interface with the Engineering team

• Generate bug tickets

• Keep all stakeholders updated on the current status of issue resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Digital Health, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline

• Solid foundational knowledge of APIs and data formats

• Basic understanding of software architecture and deployment models, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises

• Capability to learn and comprehend new technical concepts independently

• Resilience and a composed attitude when addressing challenging customer inquiries

• Enjoyment of direct customer interaction via phone and email

• Empathy and a willingness to find compromises

• Ability to organize work independently while proactively seeking assistance when necessary

• Enjoy collaborating as part of a remote team

• Near-native German proficiency at C2 level

• Fluent English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level

• Nice to have: Initial experience in healthcare or familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or DICOM

• Nice to have: Thoughtful and reflective application of AI tools in projects or academic work

• Currently enrolled at a university in Germany

• Available for 15–20 hours per week
