This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver overnight teleradiology coverage from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM CT for hospitals affiliated with BJC throughout Illinois.
β’ Follow a schedule of 7 consecutive nights of work followed by 14 nights off, totaling approximately 17 weeks each year.
β’ Ensure that at least 80% of your work is in the designated subspecialty.
β’ Assess, diagnose, and manage patients utilizing evidence-based clinical practices.
β’ Collaborate with nurses, advanced practitioners, specialists, case managers, and support staff.
β’ Accurately document patient interactions, orders, and follow-up details in EPIC.
β’ Uphold licensure and privileges while adhering to institutional, ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards.
β’ M.D., D.O., or an equivalent degree from a recognized medical institution.
β’ Must possess or be eligible to secure medical licenses in Missouri and/or Illinois.
β’ ABR board certified or eligible in the respective specialty area.
β’ Qualification for licensure in Illinois and Missouri.
β’ Expertise in emergency CT and standard inpatient imaging.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities.
β’ Previous teleradiology experience is preferred.
β’ Maintain current licensure and privileges.
β’ Work authorization and pre-employment screening as required.
