Working Student: Founders Associate, fully remote or on-site

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You conduct research on markets, competitors, and funding opportunities, including grants.

• You develop presentations and documents for decision-making purposes.

• You take initiative to manage your own small projects.

• You assist in building and refining internal processes, from the application and recruitment stages to course organization.

• You provide support for social media, newsletters, and website content.

• You contribute innovative ideas to engage target audiences effectively.

• You ensure the maintenance of accurate and organized data on leads, prospects, and partners.

• You create straightforward analyses and reports to aid in informed decision-making.

• You collaborate directly with the founders of the Digital Career Institute and the Social Impact School.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled student in fields such as business administration, entrepreneurship, communications, or social/educational sciences — your passion and motivation are more important than your specific field of study.

• You possess a structured and independent work style: you take initiative without waiting for instructions, complete tasks efficiently, and seek assistance when necessary.

• You have strong writing skills and enjoy composing in German (minimum C1 level) for various formats including copy, presentations, and emails.

• You are digitally proficient: you quickly adapt to tools like Google Workspace, Canva, etc., and are eager to learn or already utilize AI tools.

• While not mandatory, it is a plus if you have prior experience in a startup, marketing, or CRM systems, or possess basic technical knowledge (website maintenance, automations).
