Working Student – Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers on pet insurance products, utilizing advanced AI support.

• Offer chat-based assistance to individuals who have shown interest in insurance, avoiding cold calls.

• Utilize and become proficient in HubSpot as a primary sales instrument.

• Foster and maintain relationships with customers.

• Assist prospects and clients throughout the purchasing journey.

• Work collaboratively within a digital team that shares a passion for animals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for animals and relevant experience, such as pet ownership, family involvement, volunteering, or academic background.

• A typing speed of a minimum of 70 words per minute.

• Dependability and adaptability.

• Availability to commence work immediately.

• Willingness to commit to 20 hours per week, mainly during weekends.

• At least 1.5 years remaining in your current degree program.

• A friendly demeanor, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
