Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Swiss premium clients in the food sector.

• Offer customer support addressing a variety of inquiries and issues.

• Assist customers as a coffee expert.

• Collaborate with clients from the Nestlé Group.

• Participate in full-time shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, and Saturday, 09:00–17:00.

• Work remotely from Bosnia and Herzegovina following the completion of training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Swiss German at C1 level or above.

• English language skills at B1 level are a plus.

• Excellent communication abilities, dependability, and dedication.

• Openness to learning and capability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Competence with computer systems.

• Stable internet connection for remote work: 10 Mbps download; 5 Mbps upload.

• Use of antenna routers and 5G routers is not allowed.

• Commitment to join a paid four-week training program at our Sarajevo office.
