This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and reliably.
• Independently resolve recurring questions related to product usage, configuration, and processes.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to manage open customer issues.
• Oversee a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized existing clients while ensuring exceptional Customer Success.
• Track usage, customer feedback, and other significant indicators to identify risks or additional support requirements at an early stage.
• Discover additional use cases, user groups, locations, and other growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Systematically document important insights and analyze customer questions and feedback in a structured manner.
• Enhance content, templates, processes, and standardized customer communications to scale customer support effectively.
• Assist the Customer Success Manager with operational tasks for strategic enterprise clients, including preparing for customer meetings, conducting analyses, documenting information, and following up on outstanding matters.
• You are currently enrolled in a college or university.
• You have a passion for communicating with people and assisting customers.
• You work in a structured, dependable, and independent manner.
• You can quickly adapt to new topics, processes, and tools.
• You possess a keen awareness of when a customer inquiry indicates a larger issue, additional need, or opportunity.
• You can manage multiple open topics simultaneously.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in German.
• You are enthusiastic about taking on responsibility, thinking proactively, and sharing your own ideas.
• You should be able to spread your working hours evenly across at least four days a week.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, SaaS, or a B2B setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
