This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as the main relationship manager for a designated portfolio of health plan accounts, assuming full responsibility for account health, strategy, and results.
• Develops an understanding of clients’ business objectives, success criteria, and decision-making processes while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintains awareness of account health through performance metrics and relationship insights, proactively identifying risks, needs, stakeholder changes, and renewal issues.
• Facilitates Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions with AccessHope leadership.
• Manages renewal planning and contract implementation for designated accounts.
• Conducts quantitative analyses of accounts, interpreting revenue patterns and account trajectories to evaluate risk and guide account strategies.
• Converts utilization, outcomes, and financial metrics into coherent narratives portraying account performance and value.
• Recognizes performance shortfalls and spearheads initiatives to enhance utilization, engagement, or client satisfaction.
• Serves as the escalation point for intricate or high-stakes client scenarios, ensuring effective communication until resolution.
• Leads responses to RFPs/RFIs that are vital for maintaining and expanding client relationships.
• Oversees Client Success professionals, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development.
• Enhances team capacity and coverage strategies for a growing business portfolio.
• Cultivates the team’s strategic Client Success capabilities.
• Coordinates client responses across implementation, clinical, reporting, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Represents AccessHope’s value proposition at client meetings, partner events, and industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, a health-related field, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in health care benefits consulting, employer-facing health care products or solutions, or health plans serving large-market commercial entities, with a proven record of advancing into leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing executive-level client or partner relationships, including overseeing business reviews and renewal processes for complex accounts.
• Direct experience in managing people, encompassing hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Demonstrated involvement in leading or significantly contributing to competitive RFP/RFI processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Must have dependable internet access to support remote work requirements, daily tasks, and video conferencing.
• Must be available online during regular scheduled working hours.
