Working Student – Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries in a courteous, dependable, and solution-focused manner

• Answer questions regarding orders, products, deliveries, complaints, and various other issues

• Independently manage assigned cases while tracking unresolved matters

• Conscientiously and accurately handle administrative and recurring tasks

• Document customer inquiries and ensure complete and precise information is maintained

• Collaborate with relevant colleagues and other teams on more intricate cases

• Assist in delivering prompt and friendly service, even during peak inquiry periods

• Work occasional weekend shifts as arranged

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently a student at a college or university with at least three semesters of study remaining

• You possess a strong academic performance

• You can commit to supporting our team on a long-term basis for 10 to 20 hours each week

• You operate independently, methodically, and with attention to detail

• You are dependable and maintain a high standard of accuracy

• You approach recurring tasks with focus and diligence

• You communicate in a friendly, trustworthy, and professional manner, even when addressing dissatisfied customers

• You remain patient and solution-oriented, effectively prioritizing various types of inquiries

• You have excellent written and spoken skills in German

• You have the flexibility to work occasional weekends

• Ideally, you possess initial experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or another service-oriented domain, though this is not mandatory

• You identify with a vegan lifestyle and align with our company values
