German-Speaking Written Customer Service Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and Amazon platform.

• Oversee Amazon channels, which include Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns management.

• Handle incoming calls and provide detailed product information.

• Collaborate with logistics and returns teams.

• Maintain an updated ticketing system and document all inquiries.

• Offer suggestions for enhancing customer service.

• Assist customers in utilizing rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and other fitness equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in written communication with customers.

• Skill in crafting messages with confidence and precision.

• Background in providing customer service via Amazon.

• Familiarity with Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing.

• Experience in telephone support.

• Friendly and patient demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations.

• Previous experience working remotely.

• Ability to manage daily tasks independently and communicate proactively.

• Must possess a laptop, USB headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for calls.

• Flexibility in working hours is required: 40 hours per week from October to March; 20 to 40 hours per week during summer months, based on agreement.

• Basic technical knowledge of sports equipment is an advantage.
