Working Student, Customer Happiness, 10–15 hours per week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing customer inquiries

• Assisting in the upkeep of the FAQs

• Generating ideas and applying enhancements to streamline Customer Service processes

• Aiding the Marketing team as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Student enrolled in a working arrangement

• Availability for 5 days a week (4 weekdays plus Saturday), for 2 to 3 hours each day

• Proficient in English

• Proficient in French or Italian

• A collaborative team player with an independent, organized, and responsible work ethic

• Outstanding spelling and written communication capabilities

• Strong customer orientation and a congenial personality
