Working Student – Customer Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate testimonials to ensure quality assurance

• Ensure the database is current and accurate

• Update and manage content as needed

• Oversee comments on testimonials

• Handle the processing of submitted testimonials

• Verify the database against university programs

• Assess content for relevance and quality

• Work in conjunction with the StudyCheck Customer Care team

• Currently enrolled as a working student

• Availability for 20 hours per week

• Organized and methodical work approach

• Focused on achieving results

• Technologically adept and comfortable with laptop usage

• Good judgment capabilities
