Workforce & Organization Consultant – Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Tackle the current and future challenges in People and HR.

• Assist executive leadership teams with strategy, organizational structure, and human capital matters.

• Gather and assess data through interviews and collaborative workshops.

• Create presentations for clients.

• Aid in formulating strategic recommendations.

• Engage in the firm's internal initiatives, including recruitment and training efforts.

• Focus on talent and skills management, HR process transformation, Digital Workplace, and Change Management subjects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a final-year internship or an internship during the latter half of a gap year as part of a business school, engineering school, or university program.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.

• A strong passion for business transformation and digital innovation.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and exceptional adaptability.
