📋 Description

• Address claims in a timely and efficient manner.

• Participate in routine motion practice, discovery, and legal research to develop strong defenses and advocate effectively.

• Conduct routine depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials, representing clients with professionalism and outstanding courtroom abilities.

• Travel to regional boards and courts as necessary to advocate for clients.

• Experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney.

• Proactively manage, investigate, and represent workers' compensation cases from initiation to final resolution.

• Collaborate closely with seasoned adjusters and corporate clients.

• Lead impactful dispute resolution and defensive advocacy efforts.
