Workers' Compensation Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from initial intake to final settlement.

• Engage with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to collect case updates and necessary documentation.

• Assist in the drafting of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.

• Coordinate the approval of medical treatments, negotiate liens, and conduct follow-ups on cases.

• Ensure compliance with all deadlines and case milestones.

• Maintain precise case records and regularly update case management software.

• Provide support to attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and settlements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a similar legal field.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong knowledge of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
