Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise contract management processes, ensuring that deliverables align with quality and timeline standards.

• Oversee the complete contracts lifecycle, which encompasses drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Work closely with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure cohesive understanding of contract terms and conditions.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams concerning contract-related issues, including the interpretation of terms and dispute resolution.

• Track contract performance and compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Recognize risks and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.

• Keep precise records and documentation of contract activities in line with company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of experience in contracts management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements pertinent to clinical trials.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple contracts and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
