Workday Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business and technical requirements, outlining both current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in accordance with approved design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and implement unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Implement, configure, integrate, or provide support for enterprise platforms and business applications.

• Contribute to the delivery lifecycle by ensuring reliable and maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis.

• Proven experience in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform specified in the job title.

• Strong understanding of pertinent business processes and the core functionalities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Additional hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis.

• Experience with cloud services, automation, and contemporary delivery practices applicable to the project.

• Familiarity with secure development practices, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements, as relevant.

• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the technology area related to the role are preferred.
