Workday Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business and technical requirements, as well as current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in alignment with approved design standards.

• Coordinate data conversion, reporting, security, interfaces, and process dependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Contribute to the development of reliable, maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires 4+ years of experience in a related professional role.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis.

• Proven experience in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform specified in the job title.

• Strong grasp of relevant business processes and the core capabilities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
