This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business needs within Workday HCM modules.

• Facilitate client working sessions to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements.

• Evaluate client needs and recommend alternative solutions or enhancements.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and enact system upgrades.

• Support clients with testing Workday configuration, transferring knowledge, and creating documentation.

• Diagnose issues related to business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and configuration.

• Apply solutions utilizing the company’s methodologies and processes.

• Consult, execute, and manage conflicting demands across multiple simultaneous clients.

• Share lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv’s insights with clients.

• Fulfill deliverables within set timelines and escalate issues as required.

• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose or implement corrective actions.

• Contribute to the knowledge management repository through Q&A, documented deliverables, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice articles.

• Offer guidance and coaching to team members.

• Collaborate on team-oriented projects and achieve role-specific performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and executing Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a Workday client.

• Proficient in configuring Workday Core HCM and Security.

• Experience in developing Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong consulting abilities, including presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, and explaining solutions.

• Proven experience in implementing complex business solutions within tight deadlines and competing priorities.

• Demonstrated dedication to excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal oversight.

• Capable of managing timelines, deadlines, and objectives.

• Initiative and curiosity to enhance skills in various areas.

• Competence in managing multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.

• Ability to work effectively within remote teams as well as independently.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.

• Willingness to meet travel requirements of less than 5% per year.

• Must possess work authorization in India that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
