Digital Transformation Consultant – ISM, ESM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the largest Enterprise clients in focused engagements lasting approximately three months.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions to capture existing processes and systems.

• Lead workshops to outline future-state process flows and identify requirements for data transmission and transformation.

• Develop inventories of systems and APIs that include data volumes, authentication constraints, and considerations for regulatory or data residency.

• Coordinate with Solutions Integration Services for feasibility assessments.

• Assemble prioritized requirements packages that include use cases, field-level data mappings, success criteria, and identified risks.

• Confirm requirements with customer stakeholders and the internal account team.

• Complete and submit the SIS Request Log.

• Participate in SIS/ESM scoping meetings while maintaining contextual awareness.

• Assist ESM during the drafting of Statements of Work (SOW).

• Conclude discovery engagements after verifying that requests are prepared for development.

• Monitor engagement status, milestones, and timelines using Salesforce and Compass.

• Maintain discovery templates and playbooks, and share insights gained from lessons learned.

• Shadow ESM and SIS teams, complete necessary training, and independently deliver a validated requirements package within the initial 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting role, business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, or implementation, preferably in enterprise SaaS or IoT software.

• Proven experience conducting structured discovery sessions with enterprise clients, including stakeholder interviews, mapping current and future-state processes, and gathering requirements.

• Solid understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions without the necessity of writing integration code.

• Excellent facilitation, synthesis, and documentation abilities.

• Capacity to transform cross-functional discussions into actionable requirements documents.

• Proven track record of managing multi-month, multi-stakeholder engagements independently, taking responsibility for timelines and quality.

• Ideal experience includes integrations with fleet/telematics, ERP, WMS, TMS/dispatch, HRIS, or fuel-card systems.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and project tracking/tools is highly desirable.

• A background in roles such as Solutions Consultant, Sales/Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Business/Systems Analyst is preferred.

• Experience supporting Enterprise accounts in Mexico and the broader LatAm region is advantageous.
