This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist federal clients in enhancing the efficiency of grants management operations and program effectiveness.
• Perform research, data collection, business analysis, and engage with stakeholders to guide recommendations and decision-making.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives through assessments of current states, documentation of processes, gathering of requirements, and analysis of business challenges.
• Aid in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions.
• Create and maintain presentations, briefing documents, meeting summaries, reports, process documentation, and client communications.
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Carry out analyses and quality reviews to bolster operational efficiency, compliance, consistency, and program results.
• Assist in project management tasks, including tracking action items, reporting statuses, coordinating meetings, and planning work efforts.
• Provide recommendations aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams while adeptly managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Produce high-quality work products in alignment with project standards and timelines.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, program support, project management, process improvement, grants management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to organize, synthesize, and convey complex information effectively.
• Experience in developing client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, analyses, and briefing materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating in team environments.
• Skill in managing multiple assignments and competing priorities concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Preferred experience in supporting federal government clients.
• Preferred experience in grants management, grants administration, or grants-related programs.
• Preferred experience in business analysis, process improvement, process documentation, process mapping, or requirements gathering.
• Preferred familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, business process management, human-centered design, or similar methodologies.
• Preferred experience with tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar.
• Preferred experience in facilitating meetings, stakeholder interviews, or collaborative working sessions.
