Wholesale Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the wholesale pipeline for account executives.

• Conduct pre-underwriting reviews.

• Maintain communication with both internal and external parties to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate directly with underwriting and external broker partners regarding conditions, documents, and inquiries.

• Execute FHA/VA checks.

• Organize scanned documents.

• Request servicing.

• Input essential loan details into Encompass.

• Provide daily and weekly updates to the management team.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of front-line processing experience; wholesale experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Encompass is preferred.

• An associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in residential mortgage lending.

• In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs.

• Understanding of Desktop Underwriter guidelines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of property types, including single-family residences (SFR), condominiums, and planned unit developments (PUDs).

• Well-developed insight into mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.

• Capability to identify and anticipate needs.

• Proven skills in prioritizing and multi-tasking.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Capacity to work across organizational boundaries.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Normal corrected close and distant vision and hearing.

• Ability to work at a desk using a phone and computer for extended periods.

• Ability to sit and bend.

• Ability to lift 10 lbs. occasionally.

• Minimal travel under 5%.
