This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Repair alloy wheels at customer sites, which may include residences, workplaces, and automotive shops.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with local accounts and customers through effective marketing.
• Maintain precise records of work completed.
• Ensure that vehicles, tools, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely while adhering to company policies.
• Employ advanced methods to fix damaged wheels directly at customer locations.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Automotive or technical experience is advantageous.
