This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of project delivery from start to finish, leading website build projects post-sale from kickoff to launch with minimal daily supervision.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned manufacturing clients, facilitating client meetings, providing weekly status updates, and converting client feedback into actionable internal guidance.
• Oversee project resource allocation and collaborate with department heads to secure necessary design and development personnel.
• Safeguard project scope and profitability by identifying scope creep, discussing potential scope solutions with clients, and communicating contractual adjustments with sales partners.
• Create and maintain project timelines, creative briefs, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate quality assurance and risk management with the QA team to ensure deliverables meet established standards and address risks before they impact timelines.
• Interpret client intentions and identify underlying business needs for internal teams.
• Evaluate and address user experience issues by offering insights on content structure, navigation, calls to action, and module arrangements.
• Steer projects towards effective solutions by collecting feedback, providing real-time resolutions, and communicating feedback to production teams.
• Collaborate across projects with Senior PMs and Digital Marketing Managers on enterprise accounts.
• Practical knowledge of website functionality, including the ability to make minor edits in WordPress or HubSpot.
• Experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity.
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to changing project circumstances.
• Capability to decode vague client requests, reframe them for internal teams, and suggest in-scope alternatives.
• Working knowledge of B2B user experience principles in digital settings.
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions in plain language when communicating with clients.
• Proficient in using Asana or similar project management tools, as well as Google Workspace.
• Familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
• Nice to have: previous experience in a client-facing delivery role within a digital or marketing agency.
• Nice to have: CAPM or PMP certification.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with WordPress administration beyond basic content modifications.
• Nice to have: exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B clients.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude.
