Website Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to assist in building websites using the CMS platform.

• Provide customized recommendations to help clients maximize their digital capabilities.

• Become proficient in Roomvo products and guide clients through tools that facilitate daily operations.

• Contribute insights to the product roadmap based on discussions with customers.

• Develop processes that enhance efficiency across the web team.

• Generate new business through personalized demos and strategic consultations for a diverse range of accounts.

• Manage approximately 100–150 clients throughout your tenure.

• Interact with clients via email and phone, offering training on new features and platform updates.

• Represent Roomvo at selected trade shows and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail, hospitality, or technology sectors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects while remaining organized and responsive.

• Ability to work independently and support colleagues through feedback, collaboration, or guidance.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is advantageous.

• Cross-functional experience with development, marketing, or customer success teams is a significant plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Experience with web-building platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress.

• Familiarity with GitLab or Salesforce is beneficial.

• Experience with domain transfers is a plus.

• Design skills in Photoshop or Figma are a bonus.
