This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, develop, and manage a startup in areas such as DevTools.

• Engage in a personal growth journey centered on managing goals, time, and energy.

• Recruit talent utilizing EWOR’s extensive network of over 50,000 professionals.

• Implement insights and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• Prepare the startup for raising millions in investment.

• Refine the product to achieve product-market fit.

• Establish a sales team or develop a marketing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.

• Ready to assume full accountability for your own startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• Strong communication skills in English.
