Web Developer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.

• Build and manage REST APIs utilizing ActionHero.

• Create reusable components, implement business logic, and integrate services and APIs.

• Design, write, and optimize queries, views, and stored procedures in SQL Server.

• Engage in gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements with clients and the technical team.

• Attend meetings with clients in English, communicating progress, obstacles, risks, and project needs.

• Estimate tasks and monitor assigned commitments.

• Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.

• Provide support as needed for specific solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Document solutions and comply with security guidelines, confidentiality, NDAs, and the handling of sensitive data.

• Work closely with the technical lead to propose solutions and make technical decisions within scope.

• Participate in various stages of development, from gathering and refining requirements to building, integrating, and maintaining functionalities.

• Maintain direct contact with clients in the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Full Stack web development.

• Intermediate proficiency in React, including the development of SPA applications, reusable components, state management, and REST API consumption.

• Intermediate experience with Node.js for building services and business logic.

• Experience with ActionHero for developing and maintaining actions, tasks, and API services.

• Experience in integrating and consuming REST APIs and services.

• Knowledge of development best practices, testing, and code reviews.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements.

• Ability to estimate tasks, follow up on activities, and identify obstacles and risks.

• Intermediate/advanced conversational English is essential for participating in meetings and communicating with clients in the United States.

• Strong communication skills and direct client interaction abilities.

• Desired experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate.

• Experience working on projects for international clients.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience documenting technical solutions.

• Interest or experience in automation tools and Microsoft low-code platforms.
