Web Developer – LATAM, Caribbean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and create a new software module aimed at enhancing users' workflows and interactions with the platform.

• Develop scalable and dependable software components.

• Implement best development practices and coding standards to ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and secure.

• Ensure application quality, responsiveness, reliability, and security.

• Create and support solutions using React, Redux (RTK), TypeScript, Material UI, ASP.NET, and C#.

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Apply secure software development practices throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional team members.

• Offer technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

• Keep abreast of software development trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM) or the Caribbean.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong technical background with practical experience in software systems design and development.

• Significant hands-on experience with React, Redux (RTK), and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and UI frameworks such as Material UI.

• Practical experience with ASP.NET and C#.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

• Proficiency in relational database technologies including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).

• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable, and secure software development practices.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective time management skills, capable of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership and complete tasks.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
