• Ensure alignment with Engineering leadership regarding decentralized technical choices.

• Assist the squad in making informed technical decisions and establishing standards.

• Effectively communicate and develop ideas, as well as address concerns with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Actively engage in the Frontend Chapter by sharing technical expertise and suggesting enhancements.

• Foster the career growth of fellow developers.

• Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt and bugs.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and effective problem-solving.

• Advanced expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Next.js and React.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and Web Vitals.

• Robust understanding of clean software design principles.

• Experience working with cloud computing platforms and major service providers.

• Proficient in Web Components.

• Experience utilizing monitoring, metrics, and observability tools.

• Background in agile frameworks.

• Familiarity with DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and leading tools.

• Understanding of software quality practices, including stress testing, load testing, TDD, and BDD.
