Web Designer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and develop pages, campaign landing pages, and new sections of stravito.com from concept to launch.

• Transform positioning and campaign briefs into impactful pages.

• Construct reusable modules for both campaign and landing pages.

• Enhance pages to improve conversion rates.

• Operate within the HubSpot theme, including templates, modules, and local build setup.

• Write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as necessary beyond the available tools.

• Ensure website speed, accessibility, and consistency are maintained.

• Document work processes and deliver a maintainable site.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Visual Designer for art direction or new content requirements.

• Proactively drive decisions regarding website design and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in designing visually appealing and coding production websites.

• Strong visual and typographic judgment.

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, including modern layout techniques.

• Comfortable using JavaScript for creating designed interactions.

• Familiarity with React, or the ability to become productive in a React codebase within a couple of weeks.

• Dependable, able to self-manage, and keep stakeholders informed without needing reminders.

• Capable of working from marketing briefs and taking ownership of visual and technical execution.

• Skilled at quickly building landing pages using reusable modules and suitable custom elements.

• Experience utilizing AI in work processes.

• Familiarity with HubSpot and HubL is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in motion and interaction design, either in code or After Effects, is a plus.

• Background with marketing websites for B2B software is beneficial.

• A personal website created by the candidate is a plus.

• Must reside within two hours of Central European Time.

• Should provide two or three live sites and specify which aspects were personally designed and coded.
