📋 Description

• Create innovative and enhanced experiences for stripe.com, which includes product, industry, and solution landing pages.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, Product Marketing Managers, and content designers to identify issues, investigate solutions, and implement them effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow designers to uphold and refine systems that maintain Stripe’s design standards on a large scale.

• Combine storytelling with usability to develop engaging, credible, and user-friendly pages.

• Leverage user research, user testing, and data analytics to inform and validate design choices.

• Engage in critique and feedback sessions to improve designs.

• Ensure that designs are not only functional but also visually outstanding.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of pertinent design experience, preferably in web or product marketing settings.

• A robust portfolio showcasing web design work that reflects exceptional visual design capabilities, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to independently scope and manage small to medium-sized projects.

• Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative approach.

• Proficient understanding of layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and interaction principles.

• Comfortable using Figma and adept at working within component-based systems.

• Experience with CMS-driven websites and modular design systems.
