Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery as a reliable individual contributor

• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision

• Utilize design systems, components, patterns, tokens, variables, and responsive behaviors to craft scalable web and IVA experiences

• Convert creative concepts into solutions that satisfy technical, accessibility, regulatory, system, and business needs

• Work collaboratively with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers

• Assess trade-offs, tackle design challenges, integrate feedback, and make informed execution choices

• Ensure quality is maintained from the initial concept through to implementation

• Guide fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and setting a positive example

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience in designing websites/IVAs within the pharmaceutical sector or other highly regulated fields

• Familiarity with contributing to or working within design systems

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers

• Expertise in optimizing creative for performance marketing goals

• Basic knowledge of HTML in the context of media banner production

• Proficient in Figma (mandatory)

• Skilled in timeline-based motion design and animation software

• Understanding of responsive and modular frameworks

• A systems thinker with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to translate strategic and creative vision into scalable execution

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Clear and consistent communicator

• Capable of working independently while exemplifying accountability
