Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of web design from initial concept to final execution across the website, landing pages, campaigns, launches, and various digital experiences.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready assets using Figma.

• Craft visually appealing and intuitive experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Convert brand identity into a unified and distinctive digital experience.

• Create and enhance scalable design systems, components, and patterns.

• Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing teams to design landing pages and experiences that are optimized for engagement and conversion.

• Work with developers throughout the implementation process, providing clear design specifications to ensure the final outcome aligns with the intended design.

• Leverage customer behavior, performance data, testing, and feedback to consistently enhance the site experience.

• Balance brand storytelling, usability, and commercial objectives when making design choices.

• Uphold a high standard for typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction, and visual consistency.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, e-commerce, and digital design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web, digital, UX/UI, or product design, preferably within a consumer-focused or rapidly growing brand.

• An outstanding portfolio showcasing advanced web design, strong visual craftsmanship, and thoughtful UX/UI decision-making.

• Expert-level skills in Figma.

• Proven experience in designing consumer websites, landing pages, and conversion-centric digital experiences.

• Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design methodology.

• Exceptional typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Experience collaborating closely with developers and producing clean, implementation-ready design files.

• Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and iterate without compromising quality.

• Strong communication skills, with the capability to clearly explain the rationale behind design decisions.

• A keen sense of taste and meticulous attention to detail.
